Indra demonstrates, with the international ISO 20000 certificate granted by Aenor, that it has a service management system with the objective of offering IT services with quality. Since, by standardising through the processes the management of the same, it enables their measurement in order to identify possible improvements objectively.

These standards are adapted and implemented through systems and methodologies developed in line with the company’s specific characteristics, in order to address our clients’ particular needs. Notable examples include:
- Indra Operations Management Method: an in-house project management methodology designed to ensure quality and efficiency, based on the PMbok standard from the Project Management Institute.
- Market-Oriented Production and Delivery Methodology: an internal methodology for production execution, used in conjunction with and complementary to the Indra Operations Management Method (MIGO). It incorporates the requirements of applicable standards and methodologies for each type of project or service (ISO 9001, PECAL 2110, PECAL 2210, PECAL 2310, UNE-EN 9100, UNE EN 9100, CMMi, TMMi, ITIL).
- Operational Risk System: a corporate system for identifying and monitoring operational risks.
